Heart Attack

My girlfriend was talking to me about heart attacks the other day. Now I take a slightly longer pause before slurping down an entire pizza.

    Aw man! With a title like that I thought this was going to be a Valentine heart dressed like Rambo wielding a machete and chain gun.

    The stretched face and numerous teeth reminds me of the monster transformations from John Carpenter's The Thing.
