Rebranding and Relaunching

As you may have noticed, the blog is looking a little different these days. This is all part of a big refresh to my branding and website. All of this was made possible thanks to a lot of hard work and encouragement on the part of the lovely Rachel Dangerfield.

So bop on over to and let me know what you think of the new digs!

I can understand rebranding certainly. I do miss the sense of goofy fun in the previous logo, as it let us know the kind of work we could expect from you.

The coffee cup is cool, but its expression feels a bit lifeless.

Totally understand, Eric. It came time to make a choice though, and I decided that the goofiness of my artwork speaks for itself, and my branding should be toned down and cleaned up to let the artwork shine. I'm slowly learning that not everything needs to be cranked to 11. Keep the artwork big and bright and let the wrappings fade back a little bit.

Yeah, I thought you might be going for something subtle to contrast the actual art. I'll be interested to see how that works out.
